Planning a Dome With Modern Comforts

We’ve been busy with activity lately. The weather’s heating up, so there’s extra effort to build a new climate-controlled dome for our batteries, inverters, and water pump station. It’s all part of the plan to have climate control in a dome by June.

With the dome out of the way, onto tackling the first major organization project. Wiping down every piece of equipment, from tools to bubble wrap, and putting it all on newly constructed pegboards made from square tubing. The dome shape makes for a very efficient shop layout when configured.

Welcome back to occupy the land! Construction of the foundation slab is done and now we are moving on to covering it with a large, heavy-duty translucent tarp that will provide ample natural light inside.
